Use of the service
You may use Palettier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to use it.
Accounts & plans
Some features require a paid plan. Fees, credits and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Intellectual property
Images you generate on a paid plan are yours to use commercially. The Palettier platform, brand and underlying technology remain our property.
Acceptable use
You may not use Palettier to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where practical.
